Why this exists
Fightin.gg started with Guy Guzman after organizing dozens of events and competing in them. He tried the platforms available, but the hardest part still fell to the person running the room: keeping the day moving under pressure.

A technical product manager, competitive player, community leader, and the solo developer behind Fightin.gg. This idea has been in the making for more than two years.
Every organizer knows it: the tap on the shoulder, or the same three questions arriving again in chat. When do I play? Where do I go? Am I still in? You answer, then you answer it again, and the bracket waits while you do.
Not for food, not to warm up, not to take five minutes, because if the call goes out while they are gone they are dropped. So players sit on the bracket all day instead of playing their best.
Names shouted over a venue already at volume, or pinged one at a time in a server that stopped reading an hour ago. At a major international Tekken event, Guy saw the same work spread across floor reception desks, small groups of stations, and a lot of shouting. Even getting water felt risky when a missed call could mean a no-show DQ.
Once players can see their match, their opponent, and their time, they stop asking. Once the organizer can see what has stalled, they stop hunting. That hands the day back to the part worth being there for: the matches, the upsets, the top eight.
What we stand for
Fightin.gg is self-funded and independently built around the part of tournaments that needs help most: the day the bracket has to move.
Check-ins, match calls, station details, and the queue should not become another set of jobs for an organizer to juggle under pressure.
The platform should make a tournament day manageable, so the people running it can focus on decisions, players, and the matches that matter.
Clear match information and timely alerts should let players get water, warm up, or step away without fearing they will miss their call.
Two seats, one event
Not opponents. One person is trying to run the event and the other is trying to compete in it, and they need opposite things from the same screen.
Spend the day running the event, not repeating yourself.
Know when you play and where to go, without camping the desk or the chat.
How a day runs
Before you enter
Game, format, where it happens, start time, prize, and whether registration is still open. When the day arrives, that same page becomes your check-in.
While the bracket moves
Who has been called, who has not shown, which setup is free, which match still has no result. Players read it from wherever they are; organizers work from the same screen.
When it goes wrong
One match sitting unplayed for forty minutes stalls an entire round. See it while it is happening, chase the right player, and clear it without walking the floor or scrolling back through a server.
